Apache2.2 × PHP5.16 インストール
MySQLを操作するGUIツールで一番有名なのはPhpMyAdminだ。今のところWEB連携DBを作る予定はないが、phpMyAdminは使ってみたいので、アパッチとphpをWindows2000SP4にインストールしたのだが、そこには思わぬ伏兵が潜んでいた。というかまだ解決してないけど。
まずは意地でも最新版のアパッチとPHPを使おうと頑張った。最終的にたどり着いたのは現在配布されているWindows用アパッチ.dllが不良ということだ。そこでWin専用ページからアパッチごとダウンロードしてそれとは別のdllを取り込む必要がある。その前に配布版VisualStudio2005のインストールが必須だ。

You need to install the Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package
Get it from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...&displaylang=enSecond:
Download the PHP handler: php5apache2.dll-php5.1.x.zip from http://www.apachelounge.com/downloa...ll-php5.1.x.zipUnzip the file and
* Copy php5apache2.dll to your php folder (eg. c:/php)
* Copy httpd.exe.manifest to apache2/bin
* Add to your httpd.conf
LoadModule php5_module "c:/php/php5apache2.dll"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
Substitute the c:/php for your actual path to PHP in the above examples.Please note that the above steps runs only with PHP 5.1.0-5.1.6 and Apache 2.2.0-2.2.3

結局使用中のWIN2000マシンがなぜかVisualStudioをインストールできなかったため、ここで頓挫。妥協策を探す。古い安定版を使用。アパッチ２．０を使えば大丈夫だった。次に問題になったのが、mysqlを使おうと思ってもうまく連動してくれない。extensionはコメントアウトしたし、extension_dirもc:\php\を指定した。libmysql.dllもWINNTフォルダにコピーしたし。これはPHP5の問題らしい。解決策を試したが改善せず。
一日費やしてしまったが解決できず。また明日かな。
あるいは、バージョンを下げた安定版を利用したほうがよさそうだ。
